[News] Working principle of hydraulic pipe bender

The high-pressure oil output from the electric oil pump is sent into the working oil cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe. The high-pressure oil pushes the plunger in the working oil cylinder to generate thrust, and bends the pipe through the elbow part.
advantage:
1. The pipe bender adopts touch screen plus numerical control module, which is operated in dialogue mode, and the program setting is simple and easy;
2. The bed structure is stable and not easy to deform;
3. Each file can be set with 16 bending angles, and the memory can store 16 groups of files;
4. With the slow positioning function, the bending angle is stable, and the repetition accuracy is ± 0.1 °;
5. The error message is displayed on the screen to help the operator eliminate it immediately;
6. Processing value of self-developed coordinate conversion elbow is provided. The software can be purchased and installed on a desktop computer for editing and calculation.
Disadvantages:
1. Large diameter pipes cannot be formed at one time, and the speed is slow;
2. Different sizes of moulds are required for pipes with different diameters
